PROGRAM CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CDA TEACHER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (CTCP)

 

In order to guarantee enrollment in CDA career training programs, payment is required upon enrollment.

 

1. Participants are entitled to a FULL refund of fees paid if CDA cancels the Program.*

 

2. If a participant withdraws from the Program, refunds will be processed as follows:

*Manuals cannot be returned. Each student is responsible for payment, which will be deducted from the refund

Under special situations individuals, on a case by case basis, may be given special consideration after each course ends. CDA, at its sole discretion, will determine whether any reimbursement may be given. 

CDA reserves the right to refuse to teach any student due to problems in the classroom.  In such case, appropriate reimbursed will be considered.

An environment without conflict is important for teaching and learning.
